Utilizing our dynamic integrated treatment model, we assist individuals who are seeking support for the first time, as well as those who have completed a residential treatment program and need continued care.
FRN is currently seeking a Director of Outpatient Services, to manage all aspects of care, quality of services, and therapeutic modalities. The Director will provide leadership, management, and supervision of program and associated administrative activities for the outpatient facility. The ideal candidate will be an exemplary leader, with the ability to inspire, support, and encourage the team to strive for the highest quality standards in every aspect of business and patient care.

The successful candidate will have a Master’s degree in psychology or social work or a directly related field. Be a Tennessee, licensed LCSW, or LPC or other mental health services professional. This role serves as the face of the community and the successful candidate will be highly motivated to perform community outreach and networking with various organizations and professionals to build long-term referral relationships. If you have a minimum of 3 years working in substance abuse, developing clinical programs, and networking and outreach experience, then read on.
