The Industrial and Organizational Psychology Doctoral program within the Department of Organizational Sciences and Communication invites applications for a tenure-track appointment as an Assistant Professor to begin as early as August 2019, pending final budgetary approval. Applicants must have earned a PhD in I-O Psychology or related field by date of appointment. ABD candidates will be considered but must have completed their Ph.D. by date of appointment. Applicants should have a strong record of research in any area of industrial-organizational psychology, potential to obtain external funding, experience in teaching relevant classes, and a willingness to teach in both the I-O Ph.D. program and our undergraduate Organizational Sciences program. Applicants should also demonstrate awareness of and sensitivity to the educational goals of a diverse educational community.
