The George Mason University Department of Psychology is recruiting a pool of qualified applicants for adjunct teaching positions. These positions are temporary teaching positions at the undergraduate level, filled each semester on an as needed basis. The Department of Psychology (https://psychology.gmu.edu/) has nearly 40 faculty, over 1,000 undergraduate majors, and over 200 graduate students. We are one of the largest departments in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, which is the largest academic unit at George Mason. The department is focused on fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion at all levels in our department and, more broadly, in our field. Instructors are responsible for preparing and delivering high quality course material to a diverse population of undergraduate students. Coursework is offered in a variety of learning formats, including online, hybrid, and face-to-face, with day and evening schedules.
Master's degree or higher in Psychology.
Salary: Commensurate with education and experience.
